Planning applications
Householder, full and outline applications, permitted development and lawful development certificates, listed building consent and discharge of planning conditions, prepared with the drawings and statements your local planning authority expects.
Building Regulations design and approval
Detailed technical drawings, specifications and construction details coordinated with your structural engineer, prepared for Building Control approval and to give your builder clear information to price and build from.

Principal Designer (CDM 2015)
We take on the Principal Designer role under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015: coordinating health and safety in the pre-construction phase, managing design risk and preparing the pre-construction information and health and safety file.
Principal Designer (Building Regulations)
Under Part 2A of the Building Regulations, introduced following the Building Safety Act 2022, we plan, manage and monitor the design work so that it complies with the Building Regulations, and provide the compliance information needed at completion.
Revit BIM and technical delivery
Coordinated Revit models and drawing packages for developers, contractors and design and build teams, from stage 4 technical design through to construction issue.
Commercial and change of use
Office fit-outs, light industrial units, leisure buildings and conversions, including change of use applications and Building Regulations compliance for commercial buildings.
